How does the booking process work?

To confirm the wedding date with us, we require a 50% deposit payment, as well as the signed contract. The balance is due any time before the wedding date!

How long are you there for on the day?

We usually stay roughly 30 minutes after the last formality, which in most cases is the first dance or throwing of the bouquet and garter. In those 30 minutes we like to capture your guests dancing and celebrating!

Our packages that we offer cover a maximum of 9 hours. If we are asked to stay longer than the specified 9 hours, an additional amount of R1000.00 per hour will be charged.

Question 3

How long after the day can we expect our wedding film?

Accepted Answer

Once we have received your choice of songs, it can take up to 1-2 months (in the busy seasons). This will, however, be communicated with the couple beforehand.

Question 4

Can we request the raw (unedited) footage?

Accepted Answer

We unfortunately do not release our unedited footage. All of the ‘usable’ footage is included in the final wedding film.

Question 5

What does "documentary-style" filming mean?"

Accepted Answer

We capture the wedding day as it happens. We are not intrusive at all. We like the final film to look as natural as possible, so that the couple can remember their special day as it was. We don't make it a production, but keep it cinematic.

Question 6

Do you pose the couple during the photo shoot?

Accepted Answer

No. As mentioned above, we have a very non-intrusive style and like to capture your natural moments, rather than posing and faking it. We do join you on your couple shoot to capture and document the behind-the-scenes moments. These are some of the best shots that we get of the couple!

Question 7

Do you work well with photographers?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We know that they are also there to capture the couple’s day, so we respect their space and usually discuss the logistics beforehand so that we don't get in each others way.

Question 8

I don't live in Cape Town, can the final film be couriered to me?

Accepted Answer

We are happy to say that our wedding videos are completely digital, which means that there is no need to send a physical copy to you! All you'll need is an internet connection, and you can download your full video as soon as it's ready!

Question 9

Do you do destination weddings? How much do you charge?

Accepted Answer

We LOVE destination weddings! The cost will include flights, travel/car hire, as well as accommodation for both videographers. This all depends on what is necessary and where the wedding takes place. We can quote you accordingly at your request.
